#49 Emplode using incorrect extended charset

I have a track on the empeg with the title ``Créme
Brűlče''. (That's ``Cr[e-acute-lower]me Br[u-
circumflex-lower]l[e-grave-lower]e'', if this charset
mapping doesn't work.) It shows up properly on the
empeg, in both small and large fonts. It shows up
properly in emplode. It shows up properly in JEmplode
on Windows. It does not show up properly in JEmplode
under MacOSX. The non-base-ASCII characters show up
incorrectly. The accented `e's show up as their
capital versions. The accented `u' doesn't show up at
all (maybe as a space/blank character).
