#35 jempeg doesn't check for free space

I was banging my head against the wall with jempeg
failures right after starting uploads, until I realized
way later that my empeg was out of disk space :-)

It'd be nice for jempeg to:
1) check for disk space failures
2) provide a show free space function (even if the
free space isn't dynamically recalculated as the
playlist is updated)

Well -- It doesn't complain about free space, but it does
display it just like Emplode now.
