#184 Hyperlinks: add jEditOpenFileAndGotoHyperlink class

The jEditOpenFileAndGotoHyperlink class is currently defined in XMLPlugin but I think it would be of interest to any plugin or macro based on the Hyperlinks plugin.
The path field in jEditOpenFileHyperlink class is now public (useful for unit tests).

I updated the doc and revbumped, in the hope of a quick release (actually used it from source for years without issue). I can commit it and make the release request if you don't have time right now. Let me know

Hi Eric, thanks for your patch, it is applied. If you think it is useful to submit a plugin release, please do it, I will probably forget.
