#40 JEdit server cannot start, but process is not destroyed

This happens once in a while on Windows.

Use case:
- jEdit server on Windows startup: active;
- CTRL-ALT-J : this shortcut should open jEdit because server is running on the background;
- ERROR #1: jEdit doesn't show up;
- ERROR #2: every time I press CTRL-ALT-J a new javaw.exe process is created.

The workaround is:
- close all Java applications;
- manually kill all the remaining javaw.exe processes;
- delete "server" file in user directory
