Due to a serious bug in AbstractNode, a quick fix release
has been created. No other functional changes since 0.2
are included.

Expect version 0.4 to contain the first version of a new
thread monitor display showing the links between monitors
and threads. This display will probably be implemented
using JGraph which will allow drag, pan, zoom, and print
functionality.
