New version for JDocFilter, now with option to enable / disable case sensitive filtering.

The first stable version of JDocFilter is released.
JDocFilter was created to help searching Javadoc without leaving the standard JavaDoc frameset. A new frame is added to the Javadoc frameset which enables filtering the elements in the selected package.
