#53 Can't import over Internet

The Oracle Importer has not successfully been used to
import a schema over the Internet. It has worked with
localhost, and within a LAN.

When attempted, the Oracle importer complains that it
couldn't connect.

This could be a configuration problem with the Oracle
server we're testing with, or it might have to do with
the connection code.

i have successfully connected with an oracle8i db over the
internet thru vpn. it was slow to retrieve list of tables,
but successfully connected.
