Running SQLImport on FDC.sql hangs. I let it run for
about 3 minutes on my 2.8GHz P4 system. It just sat
there churning on the whole CPU before I killed it.
If the problem is just that it requires more time, then
the resolution is to add a progress meter.

After some preliminary testing there is some syntax in
FDC.sql that the Importer does not like. I will have to look
into this further.

It appears that the SQL importer is balking at the
statement "ON DELETE CASCADE" as it does not know
what to do with it. I think a possible solution is to have the
program weed this out of the sql file as it is not pertinent to
anything that dbViz is trying to do.
