#1 Limited support for id3v2.2 - iTunes..

I needed I tunes support for the real basic tags. (right
now the patch will support artists, lead performer,
album, date, title.)

I have tested it and it works for my problem. YMMV.

this patch is just that, a patch, not a full implementation
of id3v2.2

ok, think I have the patch right now. PS life would be much
easier if the cvs repository module name matched the
packages so one can check out and compile the code
without having to change directory names, etc.
