Frequently Asked Questions

Problems	Solution
1. The program will not start.	Be sure you have at least Java 7 installed.
2. A chord will not display.	Submit a bug report with chord name.
3. There is a tuning/chord I want.	Submit a ticket labeled "Request" on the support panel.
4. The program crashes.	Try restarting the program, and duplicating the problem. If it happens again submit a bug report with as much detail as possible.
5. I am on Windows and the program will not run.	Make sure there is a filetype association to .jar files in your windows machine, type "assoc jar" from command line. If it comes up with a path being linked to anything other than javaw.exe then it needs fixed.
