Both bookmarks and mail addresses can now be exported to HTML, either in one file or independently.
An additional global option allows having jBoom remember its position and size on the screen.
Fixed a bug in 2.5 which prevented the automatic upload at exit.
Bookmarks may now be manually uploaded to any defined connection.
Fixed a bug that prevented creating new entries in 2.4.
Downloads are now merged in correctly.
Some bugs fixed. Added an HTML export feature (Firefox format, like in most browsers).
Some bugs have been fixed. An "import" feature has been added, allowing the import of existing bookmarks (via HTML export) and mail addresses (via CSV export).
Please report any problems, especially with import.
In addition to browser bookmarks, jBoom now also manages mail adresses in a system and application independent way. On many systems it can detect and launch the standard browser and mailer automatically, so that no application has to be provided by the user. Bookmarks and addresses can be activated either from the main windows or from the system tray.
A JRE version 6 or better is required.
JBoom is a system and browser independent bookmark manager, written in Java. Bookmarks can be kept on a remote host, but no special web service is required. FTP, SSH or HTTP access to a remote system is sufficient.
