From two days the SVN of JLS is on-line. The trunk is updated to my latest source of 1.0-pre-alpha.

Oh yes, next release of JLS will be 1.0! :-P

I've released the latest version of the JavaLightServer ConfigurationManager: the 0.4! This version has many improvements into the main GUI and the support to SSL and to configuration files of JLS 0.6!
Download and test it! :-P

Hi There!
The 0.6 version take the project status to the first Beta release, that allow the user to manage him computer using an encrypted connection based on SSL layers and secure RSA certificates. Unfortunately until we release the next version of the client you can't use the server by the SSL connection.
Download JLS and test it everywhere! :-)

Hi There,
I'm here to give you some update of the JLS development. After that i fixed lots of bugs from the 0.5 version, i'm including the SSL Secure Socket Connection, with them JLS' security will be improved and we'll can use JLS also in computer production place. In fact, the new version 0.6, will be the first Beta of the Project. If I can't release any new release of JLS is because i'm too busy, but don't worry, i'm coding in free time and the 0.6 version will be released maybe in April.... read more

I've released the first GUI version of JavaLightServer, without the shell (obviously only in the server side of the software), based on the Swing GUI API. The core of the program is the same of JLS 0.5 with only some bug fixes in the startup and the file (settings and status) managing. Simply run JAR executable, configure it, run and enjoy! :D

I released JavaLightServer Configuration Manager 0.3, the third version of the official configuration file manager of JLS! With some bugfixes and a new GUI based on a JTabbedPane to semplify the view and configuration of Your JLS! :D

Hi There!
I'm glad to announce the release 0.5 with many new features and lots of bugfixes. Now the server can be managed and monitored using the Server-Side Shell and the commands can be enabled, or disabled at your option, using the new JavaLightServer Configuration Server.

I've released JavaLightServer 0.4.2, an update version of 0.4.x series. With this version i've improoved and completed two importants commands: LS and CWD. Many thanks to EgiX that helped me very very very much! :D

Sorry for the "silence period" but, beyond to studing to/at school, i'm working to JLS 0.4.2 and 0.5 only in the free time (that is very little). Now i've updated the CVS, for this evening we'll have a main brunch for the stable version and a second brunch for the unstable (and under developing) version.

JavaLightServer Configuration Manager is an usefull program that can create JLS' configuration files. For now is a separated software but fot the future it become an integrated part of JLS.

Released JLS 0.4.1, updated CVS and download page.
The new releas include the new bundled HTTP server to share simple html web page and/or images, and much more! See the changelog in the download section for more information.

Finally i released the 0.4 version of JLS! YEAH!
I update the package of sourceforge's repository, the CVS, and, obiviously, the official site (http://www.javalightserver.org).
