#173 ToGo only shows last screenful

Went to "recorded" tab of "togo". Downloaded list of
196 programs, 20 at a atime, but after each 20 it
cleared and started a fresh list. At the end, only the
last 16 programs were available (no scrollbar, and in
fact, if I scrolled during the list download, only the
current group of 20 were accessible.
