#19 Scrollbar widget behavior is odd

This may be a Java widget problem, but the scrollbar
doesn't behave like regular scroll bars. When clicking
below or above the scroll bar, I would expect the
behavior to be identical to hitting PageUp or PageDown.

The scrollbar in the Page list behaves correctly.
Clicking above and below it results in a PageUp or
PageDown effect listing the next set of pages... i.e.
if it behaved like the main scrollbar on the right, it
would probably only change the page list by one page.

This viewer is so sweet, especially now that it can
handle the huge volumes of that Encyclopedia.

Yes. The problem is it isn't a regular scroll bar... I
will research to see if something simple can be done to
improve this.
