A frustration of the standard java compiler is that it will not automatically pass source files through a preprocessor. This enhanced version uses JavaCompiler methods to provide this useful facility. Invokes the javac compiler and passes all normal options to it. Users can use multiple tools to preprocess source files from one command line.
