Tile Builder utility now available from source (trunk).

Created branches\janthus_1_0 off of trunk.

Though we've just released v1.0, we could always use the help for:
- More NPC AI
- Increasing scalability
- Graphical client improvements
- Artwork
- Quest infrastructure

The source code for the Janthus MMORPG Mud engine and client has been released. Download it, and give it a spin!
