JAMBLAST: Java Application Manager for the ncbi BLAST.
It is a graphic cross platform application written in Java.

JamBlast allows the user to:
- Manage Blast results: Import blast results produced with the blastall/bastcl3 application (with the output option -m 18 or -m 19) new options provided by the NOBlast (New Options for Blast) package.
- Delete Selected blast results set
- Export in csv format the filtered/sorted blast results
- Display alignments (graphic & text) and view the results in a speadsheet form.
- Filter using multicriteria parameters.
