there in the database just need to rerun createTitles.pl and makeSearch.pl

loaded the database into jake and ran createTitles.pl and makeSearchXH.pl
but jake wasn\'t showing me the issue list link.

there was a bug in the stylesheet; it was only looking for <urlpattern>s and ignoring urls without them. now it spits out the url alone if there\'s no <urlpattern>. this also fixed missing ebsco links (and maybe others).
