#32 max time exceeded on xref lists

Nancy Laemlein wrote in "I was trying to get three JAKE delimited lists. I got the complete
Wilson Select Fulltext okay, however, when I go for ABI/INFORM
Global/ProQuest and PA Research II/ProQuest and view the delimited file
it displays this message as the last line:
<b>Fatal error</b>: Maximum execution time exceeded in
<b>/usr/web/gnujake/list.php3</b> on line <b>202</b><br>"

Problem is php timeout settings, which are on a machine I don't control. Solution is to either cache the lists to disk or rewrite in perl.
