#22 BOOLEAN_TF missing from dataTypes_1_0.xsd

Rebuilding Jaffa to fix an unrelated issue, I havehad
to use the latest version of JAXB. Other than 8000+
warnings, the app-generator task parses the
Domain_Creator more strictly.

While files such as
java\patterns\library\domain_creator_1_0\CreateTable.wm
allow the use of BOOLEAN_TF the parsing of domain
creator xml documents fails when this datatype is used.
