#16 Roles not reset when roles.xml is saved.
In Roles Editior i omved the access to Labels from the
System Config role to the Developer Role. I was logged
in as a System Config user. After a save and check i still
had labels access. After a log-out and log in with the
same user i still had access. After a web server restart
and a login, i nolonger had access.
A logout/login should be enough to pick up the new role
definitions, not a server restart. Looks like the cache is
not being cleared correctly on a save.
List is based on Baseline v1.0.0 and Components v1.0.0

Updated the clearcache method ... It now clears the role-
component , role-function mapping
