jTrac 2.3.1 has been released

This release fixes a few bugs and updates a few dependencies; it contains no new features. See [NewFeatures231] for the full release notes.

You can find it in the download area. It comes complete with a ready-to-run Jetty container for quickly getting up and running (start.bat/start.sh for starting the server, stop.bat/stop.sh for stopping it) on port 8888. The war file (in the webapps directory) can be used in any other servlet container (like Tomcat) as well. There's also a download for those who still use the 1.x version of HSqlDB; the standard download uses HSqlDB 2.x.

Updating is fairly easy, as there are no database changes.
