Finally, a new beta version

After years of being dormant, JTrac development has resumed. As a first step, a beta version has been published that collects fixes and changes from years ago, updates a lot of dependencies, and adds a couple of new features. The changes are listed in detail in [NewFeaturesTrunk]. You can find the beta in the download area. Let us know what you think, or if you know of a bug or missing feature that you would like to see addressed.
