Besides the usual small fixes and improvements, the major new feature
is a *built-in

You can find it in the download area
<https://sourceforge.net/projects/j-trac/files/jtrac/>. It comes complete
with a ready-to-run Jetty container for quickly getting up and running
(start.bat/start.sh for starting the server, stop.bat/stop.sh for stopping
it) on port 8888. The war file (in the webapps directory) can be used in
any other servlet container (like Tomcat) as well.

Updating is fairly easy, as database changes are now applied automatically
rather than having to be done manually.
