#189 Make elastic width for Summary and Details field
Currently the Summary and Detail value entering fields have fixed length during new issues / update issue. Please consider them to change as elastic so that it will be shown in full screen width to allow user to give more space. Thank you
I'll widen the summary field to match the details field, but the details field has a handle to grow it as needed, so I think this doesn't add much.
If you contribute HTML/CSS that does this, I'll patch it in.
Please refer the attached document to modify the summary width in Jtrac.html. Making this change will drag the summary field also when the user drag the detail field.

With 90% it works, otherwise the Delete button wraps during editing. I'll make that change.
