This is a patch to remove GPL code from the j-Interop 2.07 dependencies.

This patch added Java Cryptographic Service Provider Interface support.
This patch removed the GNU Crypto library and replaced GNU Crypto call(s) with the Java Cryptographic Service Provider Interface.
