When I start the ./Configure it says:

currently there is no support for the win32 version. i'm looking
for a mainteiner/someone who wants to port the code
changes to cygwin compiler.

however, under win32 there is no mysql support (as far as i
know) and there're other missing libs that irofferTNG may
need, so a lot of functionality will be loose.
