#56 Implement per record TTL (patch included)
DNS supports per record TTL, in addition to the overall zone TTL. Included patch implements for forward and reverse DNS entries, not including SOA or NS records.
NOTE: The patch file includes a couple of additional patches because I just don't have the time to go back and take 'em out! The included fixes Bugs 2973422, 2972742, and 2972740.

As discussed in forums patch needs to be against IPplan v6. I tried to apply against v6 and it failed.
Also, please only one patch/feature at a time.
