#4 multiple subnets move/delete

It would be handy to have a feature which let me move
multiple subnets from one customer to another, or to
delete multiple subnets at once.

e.g. we usually keep a pool of free subnets: when we
assign resources to a customer, we just look into the
free pool, and move the pertaining resources to the
customer.

Deleting subnets is a matter of recovering from an
error (e.g. creating 64 subnet, and using the default
32 mask instead of a 30 mask), or just doing bulk
deallocation.

Moving subnets is a different story, probably will not
implement this. Will see.
