#493 ipmi_mc_getsysinfo function has swapped parameters
ipmi_mc_getsysinfo (Get System Info Parameters) has its set and block parameters swapped relative in how the command is specified, which is confusing when writing code that calls it. However, the command data fields it stuffs are also swapped, so it's not functionally broken.
