• we decided to create a visual representation (1 single page) for the requirements / use cases of the application to help the project becoming more attractive for new volunteers (Silviu)
• we reviewed the storyboards and corresponding use cases for BUR07 - Access quiz PMP , BUR10 - Listen to podcasts (audio project management presentations / workshops / webinars etc) and BUR11 - Watch videos (presentations, PMI session recordings etc)
• we established to continue elaborating the storyboards and associated use cases for BUR04 (Dani), BUR08 (Gheorghe) and BUR13&14 (Ruxandra)
• we need a server to host the services needed by the client application (Ilie)

• we reviewed the storyboards and corresponding use cases for BUR01 - Access information of events organized by PMI, UASR01 - Perform user authentication (via Facebook / Linkedin etc)
• we established:
  • to have the survey distributed to the PMI group members by W1210.3 => Ilie
  • to group the existing business requirements by nature by W1210.3 => Gheorghe
  • to continue elaborating the storyboards and associated use cases for each identified group of business requirements by W1210.3: events (Dani), news (Ruxandra), forum (Gheorghe) and authentication (Silviu)

• we identified two important aspects that could impact negatively or positively the development
  • requirements' granularity
  • data model definition (based on requirements)
• we discussed about the need of having a process for managing the requirements (prioritization, definition, reviewing etc)
• we agreed to detail as an exercise / model two of the identified business requirements
  • having a business requirement as a storyboard
  • having corresponding use cases to detail the interaction between the user and the system

• we discussed about having a feasibility study by interviewing the PMI members through a survey (expected response rate 50-60%)
• we exchanged some thoughts about the roles needed in the project
