Hi,
I have IPCop v2.1.9 and I am having a problem where the Time Server will not start.
I have changed the time servers to 0.au.pool.ntp.org, 1.pool.ntp.org and 2.pool.ntp.org to reflect my location but still the service will not start.
Can you please help me fix this problem.
I have included the ntpd.conf file contents for checking:
restrict default kod limited nomodify nopeer noquery notrap
restrict 127.0.0.1
restrict 192.168.1.0 mask 255.255.255.0 nomodify noquery notrap
server 0.au.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 1.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 2.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 127.127.1.0
fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 7
driftfile /var/log/ntp/drift
tinker panic 0
logconfig +allsync +allclock +allsys
Thanks in advance for your help :)
only way to get the time server going again was to re-install ipcop, trans all cache to the new setup and all is working, Thanks to all who contributed to my problem solving Dilemma.:)
