libintlize 1.0.2 released

Intlize, the internationalization tool that brings gettexts ease-of-use to catgets or its own optimized format.

Version 1.0.2 fixes a bug that prevented the use of iso-8859-2 ... iso-8859-16 encodings. Another bug that discarded the whole message if a single character was not in the selected charset has been fixed, too.

Version 1.0.1 of libintlize returns an error message when i5e_getmsg is called before i5e_open. Older versions caused a segmentation fault in that case.
