#28 iscsi - connection failed between target and initiator

When I run the target n initiator on the same system it works fine .. but when i run them on different systems it doesn't ( obviously the 2 systems r connected n i've modified the ips.conf file at appropriate location) ... it gives an error when i run the utest command on initiator after running udisk on target ... the error says "iscsi: failed to connect to some ip say 192.168.7.223" ...please help me out of it ... i m badly stuck ....
