#288 Off-screen window

When an install launches, it places a minimum-sized window off of the left side of the screen. This can show up on a dual-screen system. If this proves difficult to fix, a kludge might involve moving it to the bottom of the screen. There aren't too many systems with a secondary monitor below the primary.
