Inquisitor V290907 contains some major Bugfixes.
Older Version may crash, or bring up silly errors; so you should use only this new Version.

Inquisitor V090907 contains some major changes, such like import/export Bookmarks from/to IE or FireFox (incl. FavIcons). Try it.

Inquisitor V020907 contains some enhancements, and (sorry) also some Bugfixes:
-Bug solved with Cookie-handling (may respond that no cookies were enabled)
-Bug solved when downloading many Sites with LinkFollower (FIQ may crash)
-Bug solved with no FileCounter in Window-Title when using LinkFollower
-Bug solved with illegal redirections in Infiltrator-Mode
-Changed: enhanced SWF usage; which may better handle some SWF files
-New: "Select All Images" in menu Tools
-New: middle MouseClick on "Download"-Button will Select All images and download them in 1 step
-New: middle Button on a Link will Load, Select, and Download all

Inquisitor V210707 contains now the changes described in V150707.

Sorry, the new Version V150707 contains the wrong EXE-File only in Version V070707 !
The changes described in "Changes.LOG" are NOT included in V070707 !
Next Version comes this week.

V150707 contains an important Bugfix, which won't crash Inquisitor any longer, if animations are turned on.

Please turn off "Animations" under "Options"-Menu to prevent an Error while playing corrupt GIF-Animations !

V240307 (Uploaded as V250307) contains some new Bugfixes.
I hope this will end one day...

-If you are a programmer and you change a simple, little function within your programm, you can be sure that many other unchanged (!) functions will NOT work any longer too (even if you havn't touched them)...

V250207 contains some Bugfixes and support for MouseWheel/dragging with MouseButton2.

All Users who installed previous Version V010107 should update to new V140107, cause it contains some important Bugfixes, which will fix some new Bugs such as unwanted crashs when loading a Site with InlineFrames. Also the new, promised Skins are now included in Inquisitor-Setup.

A new Year, a brand new version of Inquisitor is released (V010107). This Version contains some new features, such as internal unZIPper in FTPmode, or possibility to show real inline Frames. Most Sites are shown correctly now, and with the new internal Animation-Routine also GIF-Animations won't crash anymore. I think it's the best Inquisitor ever; but look what the future brings...

Inquisitor V261106 supports now the most common PlugIns for playing/showing allmost all Media/Video Files; including Shockwave Flash, RealMedia, Windows Media, Quicktime, Adobe PDF.
But each PlugIn has to be installed under Windows at least for MS-Internet Explorer. Inquisitor will use these PlugIns if available.

-Sorry, but this is currently a "Windows only" Version, cause it makes use of Windows specific API (for now). I'll try to make a equivalent Linux Version as soon as possible.... read more

Inquisitor V221006 is now more stable, faster, and safer than any Version before; and is the (for now) only Tool which allows to download also images which points to a HTML-Document instead of an image file.

The new Inquisitor Version V141006 contains some bugfixes, and some other nice features. Please read the "changes.log" for more Info.

Inquisitor V030906 contains some Bugfixes, which may occur on some Sites.

Inquisitor V200806:
-New Function: "Mark TextLinks" (under: Inquisitor Options) which will create an (LinkType-) Icon for every TextLink (should only used on Sites which contain no more than 50 TextLinks, otherwise it will be awfull slow)

-New Function: "No wait4Timeout" (under: Inquisitor Setup) which will not wait for a ServerResponse when the downloaded filesize is reached. This will extremely increase Inquisitor's download speed !
But it *MAY* happen, that more Images could be damaged, while Inquisitor will NOT wait for the "finish"-Response from the WebServer if the downloaded file was completly reached !... read more

V120806 contains some little Bugfixes, and the possibility to save Filter values. Which means that no URL/File can be called/selected if one of the Filter values match (useful if different sites contains the same link more than once; a.e.: "Picture of the Day", or something like that).

The new Version of Inquisitor (V110606) allows to download up to 98 Files in parallel !
That menas you can download up to 98 files in one step at the same time !
Turn on "Sync.Mode" under "Options", "Setup"-Menu by setting this Value greater than "0" (Zero). Normal is 32 which means that Inquisitor sends 32 request at the same time, and can download all files even in parallel.
So sites and downloads will be downloaded in an incredible (extremly) short time. Try it out !

Inquisitor V070506 contains some Bugfixes !

There was a Bug in V020506 when started on american Systems, which is fixed in V030506 !

It has cost me many headaches, and litres of coke (and also tons of coffee) to create this brand new release (Windows only for now). Including new installer/uninstaller, and many, many (many) enhancements. Enjoy; Frenzy.
