Can now add/edit descriptions.

Gotta add a few lines for deleting/reordering, then start coding the search logic.

Browser.cgi added.
Thumbnails.cgi added.
You can browse directories and thumbnail views now.

The crawler works, but only in HTTP mode. It's written in Python, and seems to have decent speed. Now that I've got an initial fileset, I'll start on the browser.

I started writing INGA because I couldn't find an existing graphic/photo database that had these three features:

(1) Files storable at any network location.

(2) Unlimited, searchable, per-file descriptions

(3) Files can be moved/renamed without losing their descriptions.
