The new block explorer on CryptoID allows us to look into the live participation rate statistics in an easier way then was previously listed. Via the extraction tab on the CryptoID block explorer you can see the ratio of current staked assets to coins resting in user addresses.

As shown in the chart, roughly 24% of the current supply are staking coins at the current rate of 8% APR, resulting in a total inflation rate relative to the supply of 1.92% annually. After this year's final rate adjustment to 4% APR, based on current user participation statistics we're expecting a total Inflation rate of .8-2% annually in the coming years.
