Version 2.2.2 of IndelExtractor has been released.

It incorporates bug fixes and the term "CHARSET" is not used in preference to "mask" as CHARSET is more intuitive and is like the CHARSET from the NEXUS file format.

An error in most of the webpages resulted in incorrect linking to the other pages! This is now fixed - Sorry!

Version 2.2.1 is the first public release of IndelExtractor
