Outdated -- why not just use resparse.class.php all the time? Also, wonders not being recorded properly (interstate does not show up in infra purchasing screen).
parse.class.php has been fixed for wonders. ResParse() class isn't necessary all of the time, but that's a possibility. We'll add this file to the next archived release.
