#23 Asked for region out of raster size

I have a picture width = 1595, height = 1171. I got a request for a lower portion of the picture:
IIIF=picturefile.jp2/0,1024,1024,147/256,/0/default.jpg
I get the error: asked for region out of raster size. If I change the requested height to 146, it goes well. If I save that image, the size is (256,36). 36x4 = 144 which fits. But 37x4=148. I think there is a rounding bug with a request for a portion of the picture.
I compiled the latest git clone with memcached,openjpg and openMP on x64.

What parameters are you using to generate your image? Could you send me the image itself to test?
