#17 backup

On some of the database sites that have a backup to local from the site.

although the server will backup the materials. I would like myself as admin and or other to be able to download a backup to their desktop the data they but up.
some might like to move their materials to a different school site and them upload or what ever.

even if admin could doa backup of the data. then if I changed sites or aserver I could upload all the data.

similar to a moodle backup.

might be handy in the version 2 update
