#3 Read / write config from source folder
Even though there are portable versions offered in the form of ZIPs at https://sourceforge.net/projects/idteid3tagedito/files/, I'd still like an actual portable version that reads / writes config from the source folder, as running the portable version dumps a "IDTE_Configuration.ini" file and a "IDTE_Data" folder in My Documents which isn't desirable for a portable version.
There will be a option for Portable version in configuration in which by default it will save data in its "native unzipped folder" and else it will save the data in "My documents" so that, everyone can set IDTE according to their needs.
