Thx to daftbonk, a configure bug (shame :-( ) was fixed.

A major feature was added, IceMetal with ID3 support. This is a feature that needs to be tested, so I've released this pre-release version. See README and README.IceMetal for more info.

IceGenerator is a direct stream generator for Icecast/Shoutcast servers. Streams MP3 to an Icecast/Shoutcast server without resampling it, saving CPU.
