i3sp-site-lisp nearing release

The i3sp-site-lisp project is nearing completion of it's first V1.0 release. The latest release candidate - RC9, delivers a complete emacs site-lisp set-up, tailored for java development within emacs.

All options are fully cusomizable inside of emacs, rooted on the "i3sp" customization group (in emacs: M-x customize-group i3sp).

The release also contains complete installation instructions.
