found HyperGraph very inspiring! Nice job so far. Keep the good work up!

In order to use it to display topic maps it wood be a major improvement to have directed edges. Otherwise the relation between two nodes can hardly be interpreted undisputed. Cause very often in topic maps your graph represents a statement. To interprete this statement you need to know which node is the subject and which is the object.
