htmlinc is a platform-independent program written in Python that servers to update, list, or delete files included in HTML files. It uses the famous HTML editor phase5's syntax to parse include files.

Using include files, several HTML files can incorporate common elements such as a header or footer or menu. Include files make it an easy task to change these elements in many HTML files at once.

htmlinc was written because I was tired of firing up a Windows box for the sole purpose of updating my include files in a (more or less) static web site.
