欢迎来到我们的站点，这里主要关注如何汉化Vodafone Station ，其实就是Huawei 的 HG553 和 HG556a 两款ADSL终端设备的界面语言还原。

2013-01 因为家里升级光纤网络了，而且出差比较多，汉化项目只能无限期推迟。也许有朋友可以通过下载区的资料自己研究一下。

最新上传西班牙版本的HG556a的原版固件，据说还不错。

用户名为：admin
密码是：VF-EShg556（不能有空格注意大小写）

已经刷遍过各国版本，最后还是刷回西班牙版本，因为发现其他版本都是在西班牙版本上的或精简或优化修改。配置功能最全当属西班牙版本。
西班牙的077\083版本固件配置设置方法如果不对容易导致固件内dnsmasq程序无法正确获取DNS，从而导致无法解析IP地址，网页浏览会弹出HSPA设置页面，QQ等IP直连应用正常。所以配置时候注意.不建议手动指定PC的DNS,这样无法享受 dnsmasq带来的好处了。

刚刚从Paul 那里弄来了最新的华为 HG553的 B066固件。。。 哈哈

The Vodafone Station (an all-in-one phone/ADSL/HSPA solution shipped by Vodafone in Italy) runs Linux.
It's a vendor-customized, and also crippled, version of the Huawei HG553 router.
The Vodafone Station's firmware is one of the worst and most featureless I've ever seen.
NOTE: Although that was mostly fixed with an update.

Here are the specs I've managed to find myself about the Vodafone Station:

300Mhz MIPS32 Viper Processor BCM6358 V1.0 (big endian)
64 Megabytes of RAM
Mini PCI
16MB of flash memory (of which 5776kb are used for the root filesystem of running kernel)
2 USB ports
4 Ethernet ports
2 phone line ports (one for the phone, one for ADSL)

The built-in Linux system runs Linux kernel version 2.6.8.1, patched for BCM6358 boards and with closed (!) modules
for Ethernet, USB and ADSL from our "dear friends" at Broadcom. Its userland is mostly based on BusyBox and uClibc 0.9.27,
with third party network tools and Broadcom's own ones (also closed).
The root filesystem is stored in the flash memory soldered on the router's motherboard and is stored using the squashfs file system,
which is compressed and read-only.
