#6 Fullscreen problems under Win98

Fullscreen works if you push F11 in Win98. If you push
F11 again, then Hexplorer v2.5 minimizes instead of
returning from fullscreen. You have to maximize manually
with right mousbutton. This problem does not happen
under e.g. Windows XP SP2
