#19 SRecord import mangles addresses

Importing a somewhat typical Motorola SRecord hex file yields a totally bogus result.
It imports the S0 "comment" record into its data space, which is wrong
S1 ... S3 records apparently have their address completely ignored.
It cannot handle out-of-sequence hex records, either.
